    "Services" include vending machine operation, maintenance, stocking, and related support.

  3. Service Terms
    Luxvend Solutions LLC provides vending machines stocked with various products for customer convenience.
    All transactions made through our vending machines are final. No refunds or exchanges unless due to machine malfunction.
    Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
    We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse service at our discretion.

  4. Payment & Transactions
    Our vending machines accept credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options as available.
    Transactions are processed securely. However, Luxvend Solutions LLC is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment processors.
    In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but no product is dispensed, contact us at info@luxvendsolutions.com within 48 hours for resolution.

  5. Machine Maintenance & Liability
    Luxvend Solutions LLC ensures regular maintenance and stocking of vending machines.
    In the event of malfunction, please report the issue to us promptly at info@luxvendsolutions.com.
    We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our vending machines or consumption of our products.

  6. Helmet Cleaning & Sanitization Station – Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
    Use of any helmet cleaning, sanitization, or drying station operated by Luxvend Solutions LLC is at the user’s sole risk. The Company is not responsible or liable for any damage to helmets or personal property, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, discoloration, material degradation, odor retention, structural weakening, visor damage, electronic component damage (e.g., Bluetooth devices), or any other defect or performance issue.

  7. The Company does not guarantee compatibility with all helmet types, brands, sizes, finishes, or conditions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their helmet is suitable for use prior to operation.

  8. Luxvend Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any helmet or item that becomes stuck, jammed, delayed, or otherwise retained within the machine. Retrieval times are not guaranteed, and the Company is not responsible for any loss of use, inconvenience, or damages arising from such incidents.

  9. The Company is not responsible for improper use, overloading, failure to follow instructions, or use of the machine with non-approved items.

  10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxvend Solutions LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the helmet cleaning and sanitization station. By using the equipment, the user agrees to release and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims or liabilities.

  11. Product Quality & Safety
    We strive to provide high-quality products. If you encounter an expired or defective product, report it immediately for resolution.
    Customers are responsible for checking ingredient labels for allergens before purchasing.

  12. Rebottled Perfume Disclaimer
    Our vending machines may contain perfumes that have been rebottled from their original authentic packaging. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brands, trademark holders, or manufacturers. The fragrance is repackaged into our own bottles. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

  13. Business Partnerships & Machine Placement
    Businesses interested in hosting Luxvend Solutions LLC vending machines must enter into a separate agreement outlining placement terms and revenue sharing (if applicable).
    Luxvend Solutions reserves the right to relocate or remove vending machines at our discretion.

  14. Privacy & Data Collection
    We may collect data related to transactions, user preferences, and interactions with our machines to improve our services.
    We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary for service fulfillment.

  15. Intellectual Property
    All trademarks, logos, and content on our website and vending machines are the property of Luxvend Solutions LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  16. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from the use of our services will first attempt to be resolved amicably.
    If necessary, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

  17. Amendments & Updates
    Luxvend Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
